“ Food and service was excellent! Highly recommend ”
“ Fabulous cozy friendly restaurant. Skip the big chain place and go here! Seated immediately for breakfast. Vast menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Service was friendly and food was quick. Delicious and Generous portions! And a lovely gift shop with local art, jewelry and country living knickknacks. ”
“ Right at end of exit easy on and off. Very clean cute entrance. Food as expected standard menu. Friendly folks. Plenty of parking. We were alone for a while for breakfast. Nice choice but we will try another next time through. Clean bathrooms and nice staff. Not very attentive but very pleasant. ”
“ This place is just like cracker barrel should be. The food is real good, prices are affordable, order came up quick. Its right off the interstate and a great choice for anyone who likes home cooked food. ”
“ My wife and I, were in Kentucky on a minigetaway, from our home in Huntsville, AL. Stopped by for lunch and we were not disappointed Southern cuisine and hospitality, at its finest! From the fried chicken livers to a roast beef sandwich wrich flavorful gravy simply delicious. Sides of mac n cheese, fried okra, buttered corn and, some fried cornbread vs. a corn muffin happy eaters, were we! Oh, we split some blackberry cobbler for dessert and it did not disappoint! Our servers name was Pat and she made our visit, all the more pleasant and enjoyable. You owe yourselves a favor your taste buds will thank you by stoppingin and giving these folks a chance to showoff their cooking skills youll be glad that you did! ”
“ Had a great lunch here. The fried bologna sandwich was very good with a thick slice of bologna. The liver and onions were good. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. ”
“ Located right off I75, this restaurant was very easy to get to. And, ironically, its just across the highway from Cracker Barrel. But with all due respect to Cracker Barrel, this place is worth visiting instead. They serve the same style of countrycomfort food, and its comparable to the big chain, but this is a local place. The server was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. They also have a small shop of home decor items, and even some pottery made by local artists. I recommend paying with cash if you can, but they do accept credit cards with a small surcharge. Overall, the atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. I checked out the bathrooms as well, and can confirm it was clean and well stocked. ”
“ If you want downhome country comfort food, you can do no better than Dinner Bell. We both had country fried steak with onion rings and coleslaw with fried cornbread. Everything was delicious, our first time trying fried cornbread, and it was amazing, great flavor and crispy. Our waitress Kristin was very attentive and friendly. We will be back next time were in the area. ”
